The Engineering Fee for Residential Evaluations within Alachua County
is a minimum of $200 and will depend on the scope of work.

For locations outside of Alachua County, please phone 352-331-1513 for a quote.

  • This evaluation is based solely on specific issues identified by the client and/or are referenced in a home inspection report provided by the client. 
  • Please identify specific pages and items from the home inspection report which you would like us to address at the time of the site visit.
  • Please provide approximate locations of these problem areas to be evaluated so as to ensure that we address specific areas of concern to you.
